APARTMENT :
Beautifully renovated studio located on the 2nd floor with side sea view and Port Canto. It comprises a living room with sofa opening onto a large terrace; a double bed; a fully-equipped kitchen with 1 fridge/freezer, 3 hotplates, washing machine; an Italian-style shower room with WC. Television. Internet access. Air-conditioning.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
Beaches just a few steps from the apartment (100m), supermarket, several restaurants. Rue d'Antibes and its stores are a 15-minute walk away. Parking available at the Port Canto or La Roseraie parking lots (fee payable), several free parking spaces in the vicinity of the residence. 25-minute walk to the Palais.
Pets not allowed.
ARRIVALS :
Monday to Saturday, 3 pm to 6 pm. No arrivals on Sunday.
Arrivals after 6pm will be charged 40h/hour.
