Apartment on the third and top floor in a beautiful building in the historic center of Florence.
You will live here on about 50 square meters, including two mezzanines. The apartment is located on the third floor (without elevator). From the entrance you enter the living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and satellite TV. The kitchen-living room is located on the gallery, which is reached by a spiral staircase. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. For extra comfort there is hot and cold air conditioning. This accommodation is also suitable for a business stay because of the good WIFI connection and location.
The apartment is very centrally located, just a few meters from Via degli Strozzi and Via de 'Tornabuoni, 300 meters from the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, 500 meters from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, 600 meters from the Ponte Vecchio and 650 meters from the Santa Maria Novella train station. In the surroundings you can also find Siena (72 km), Lucca (80 km), Pisa (86 km) and Viareggio (100 km).
Here you have nice opportunities for walking and shopping in the historic center of Florence. The accommodation is located in the ZTL area and can be reached only by car. Access to the garage on the first floor of the building is possible by prior reservation and for a fee.
