A true cocoon of softness and happiness in the middle of nature, a stone's throw from the village centre and the beaches of Sainte-Maxime... Come and take advantage of our 60 m² semi-detached villa, with terraces and 500 m² garden, on the edge of a private forest. South-west orientation with a magnificent view on the surrounding hills.
Located in the private domain Les Hauts du Sémaphore, offering swimming pool, tennis courts and petanque ground. Quiet, residential and sought-after area of Le Sémaphore, 3 minutes by car from the centre of the village, and 3 minutes from the Nartelle beach.
Our non-smoking mazet is composed as follows:
- Living room with large corner sofa, flat screen television, wifi and fireplace,
- Dining room with table and 6 chairs,
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, small appliances, household products,
- Bathroom with double washbasin, large Italian shower and towel rail,
- Separate hanging toilet,
- Two bedrooms each with a 140 x 200 cm bed (completely new bedding) and large storage cupboards,
- Terrace with roller blind, garden furniture, two sun loungers and electric barbecue
- Relaxation corner in the lush vegetation with two armchairs.
Fully enclosed land with two accesses: main gate on the road side and secondary gate on the forest side. Our friends the wise and well-mannered dogs are accepted and can therefore also enjoy their holidays serenely. Bowls are at their disposal.
For winter and mid-season, new quality electric heating (cast iron core) in addition to the fireplace.
On your arrival, a trustworthy person will welcome you, give you the keys and introduce you to the house and the estate. On your departure, this same person will make an inventory of fixtures and fittings. All these services are included in the rental price.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is compulsory. One person will carry out the disinfection and the complete cleaning of the house at your departure for the price of 90 €. This service is in addition to the rental price.
On arrival, you will be asked for a deposit cheque of €1,000, which will not be cashed. It will be returned to you on your departure.
We also offer a linen service: 2 sets of bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), 4 towels, 1 bath mat, 2 kitchen towels. This service is available at an additional cost of 60 €; please ask us if you wish to take advantage of this service.
Our house is classified 4 stars in the official classification of Atout France tourist accommodation.
