Traditional stone house with exposed beams, located in the heart of the Vignoble Nantais region, 14 km from Clisson and 21 km from Nantes, adjoining the owners' house.
Private, unenclosed 30 m² courtyard for sunny meals, unenclosed space at the rear of the gîte (shared with owners) with views over the countryside, vineyards and a lake (unsecured).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, hi-fi, cot and high chair.
Included: aerothermal heating and electricity.
Not included: bed linen (10€/bed), towels (7€/pers.) and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€).
