Gîte located in the village, in the heart of the Parc de Brière, 25 km from La Baule and Guérande (near the owners' house). 170 m² enclosed garden with south-facing terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x190, 2: 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x190), bathroom and separate WC.
Additional equipment: freezer, DVD player, stereo, WiFi access, crib on request.
All-inclusive: gas heating, bed linen (beds made), towels, electricity, wood. Cleaning package optional.
