Le Martin Pêcheur, a certified fishing gîte, is located next to the River Don and a fish-filled pond, in the heart of the remarkable La Forge site renowned for its flora and fauna (17 km of marked trails). East-facing terrace accessible from the 1st floor + private enclosed garden with trees (300 m²) by the river opposite the gîte (5 m away). Fishing room (fridge/bin with aerator).
Ground floor: living room (wood-burning stove), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), 1 small glass-enclosed bedroom (bed 90x190), [hidden], separate WC.
