Ideally situated on the edge of the Vioreau forest (240 ha) and its lakes, this gîte known as "Le Champs des Oiseaux" has just been recently renovated with an eco-responsible approach: use of recycled and ecological materials (paint), antique furniture (Emmaüs, garage sales...) and recycled furniture with its 70's kitchen.... Adjoining another house, this gîte is a true place of tranquility and rejuvenation, where you can go for walks and discover a protected natural area. Just 1 km away, you'll find the "Vioreau pleine nature" leisure park, open during the summer months (the lake will be drained in 2023-2024 for works). For excursions further afield, Châteaubriant is 24 km away, Ancenis 32 km and Nantes 45 km. Everything in this gîte harmoniously combines comfort, nature and authenticity, while respecting the local environment.
1200 m² enclosed garden with terrace (south-east facing), where you can relax from sunrise to sunset.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace), separate fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 2 twin 80x200 beds with private shower room, 2: 2 twin 80x200 beds, 3: 90x190 bed with direct access to garden), bathroom, 2 separate WCs. Some ground-floor rooms are accessible via 2 steps.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby equipment.
Included: 1/8 stere of wood.
Not included: electric heating, bed linen and towels. Pet 8€/d (deposit 100€). Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (90€).
