In the countryside, 20 km from the sea, 35 km from Nantes and 5 km from a nautical base, recently renovated semi-detached house. Enclosed outdoor space of 250 m² with swing, table tennis and miniature table soccer. Garage for bike/motorcycle.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen semi-open onto living room (wood-burning stove), and shower room/wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds 90x200, and 1 WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, radio/CD, complete baby equipment (bed, bath, high chair, changing mat, stroller...).
2 pets accepted free of charge (deposit €100/pet).

Not included: electric heating, electricity, wood, towels and tourist tax, cleaning fee (60€). Compulsory cleaning fee for business customers (65€).
