Gîte adjoining the owners' house, located 2 steps from the Canal de la Martinière and halfway between the sea and Nantes (approx. 20 min. by car).
Private south-facing terrace overlooking the owners' 1500 m² wooded garden. Available: outbuilding for wood-fired grills or barbecue, 4 sun loungers, table soccer and adult bike (for children on request).
Ground floor: living room with sofa bed (140x190) and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190), [hidden].
Facilities: freezer compartment, WiFi access, DVD player, complete baby equipment (2 cots, 2 high chairs, bathtub), shared tumble dryer.
Included: bed linen (beds made up on arrival), towels and electric heating.
Not included: tourist tax. Cleaning package optional, but compulsory for business customers (70€).
Small pets only (15€/night - deposit 100€).
Private parking on the property.
