In the countryside, between sea and town, gîte adjoining the owners' house with separate entrance and 130 m² enclosed garden (south-facing) with outdoor games for children. 6 bicycles available on request (4 adults/2 children).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and separate WC. First floor (staggered staircase): 2 bedrooms opening onto the garden (1: 140x200 bed + dressing room, 2: 2 90x200 beds), bathroom/wc (shower + bath) and mezzanine with study. Additional equipment: wifi, CD/DVD players, baby equipment (cot, chair...).
Included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Cleaning fee 80€ (compulsory for business customers: 65€). Pets: deposit 100€.
Pornichet 4 km, La Baule 12 km, Guérande 18 km.
