Situated in a small, quiet village, 3 km from Clisson and 30 km from Nantes, La Grange is an old building renovated with noble materials, respecting its authenticity (adjoining a house).
Enclosed outdoor space of 20 m² (north/west facing) with wooden terrace and pergola. Private parking in front of the gîte.
Ground floor: spacious living room with open kitchen and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning (1: 2 twin beds 90x200 and private shower room, 2: 3 beds 90x200), shower room and separate WC.
Additional amenities: wifi, DVD player, stereo, tumble dryer and baby equipment (cot and high chair).
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen and towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€). Pets: deposit 100€.
