In the countryside, 15 km from Nantes and Clisson, the owners welcome you to their dairy farm (tours of the farm are available). Domaine des Boutineries is a top-of-the-range gîte renovated from former cellars, with year-round heated indoor pool (6.5 x 3.5m). Private terrace (north/east facing) opening onto a 620 m² enclosed, independent garden with views over the countryside. Swings and table soccer available.
Ground floor: spacious, bright living room with open-plan kitchen, open-plan lounge, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with PMR shower room, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 90x200 + 2 twin beds 80x200), 1 bathroom (bath + shower) and 1 separate PMR toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with bathroom (bath + shower) and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, freezer, washer-dryer, barbecue/plancha and baby equipment (cot and high chair).
Included: underfloor aerothermal heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and bathrobes.
