Stylish 60m² 2 bed apt for 4/5 in a brand new development in the heart of Le Grand Bornand village with bustop just outside!Located at the entrance of the village of Grand-Bornand, this high standing flat is situated in a new building facing the Aravis mountain range.
This beautiful flat can accommodate up to 5 people, 4 comfortably and 5 with the sofa in the living room. The living room is open to a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle ...). The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and internet connection. There is also a bathroom with a separate toilet and a storage area that doubles as a wine cellar.
There are two bedrooms, each with a TV. The first bedroom has a double bed and a private shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The 14m2 balcony allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The flat has a washing machine and a dryer. In addition, there is a ski locker and a car park.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
A mid-stay cleaning is available on request!
