In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacations in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the end of September, heated from June onwards, with paddling pool, Jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry (washing machine/dryer).
This new 58 m2 apartment (with PMR facilities) is located on the 1st floor with a balcony facing the parking area of the residence. It can accommodate 4/6 people.
It comprises a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) that can be joined together and dressing room, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. You'll also enjoy a 14m2 balcony with terrace furniture and a private parking space. This apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
A private parking space for one vehicle per apartment is available free of charge. No visitor parking available. Low-speed WiFi access is also available. A 4G box is available for rental (€40/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available on reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
