In the heart of the "3 Valleys" in SAVOIE, in Les Ménuires.
THE LARGEST SKIING AREA in the WORLD fully connected SKIS to feet; 600 km of slopes.
Located on the top of the "Asters", at 1800 meters, Balcon Plein Sud with open view directly on the slopes including the "Cîme CARON". Direct access to the slopes after descent 2 floors. Apartment completely redone in spring 2009 including new furniture and appliances, mountain decor on the 4th and last floor of a small building and ski locker in the entrance with shoe area. In June 2011, the bathroom was completely redone with tiled walls, wood decors and modernized and completed washbasin and corner bathtub. In May 2017, the living room and the hallway saw their floors completely redone.
The apartment obtains (July 7, 2011) the VALLEE DE BELLEVILLE QUALITY LABEL with 4 RED Ibex which became 4 "GOLD" snowflakes in 2016. This Label qualifies this apartment as "GREAT STANDING" and "CHARM".
The apartment, for occupancy voluntarily limited to 4 people, is composed of 2 rooms on 42 m² including 30 m² Carrez Law and 12 m² below 1.80 m high on the mezzanine:
- Living room with table, two chairs, Safe-bench and stools, Bench with trundle bed and "bridge" throughout, Safe-bar with many board games, 81cm LCD TV with HDMI connection with DVD player and some DVDs available , various mountain decorations in particular on a wall covered in "chablis".
- "American" kitchen with work table and the following equipment: Dishwasher, Combined Fridge-Freezer, Combined Oven-Microwave, 3-burner ceramic induction hob topped with a hood, Toaster, Coffee maker, Pressure cooker , Wok, as well as many kitchen utensils including various special induction pans.
- Bathroom redone in June 2011 with tiled walls - WC, with electric towel dryer.
- Sleeping area if preferred, bearing in mind that the apartment is strictly limited to a maximum occupancy of 4 people as mentioned in the contract.
- A large mezzanine with sloping ceilings with a double "Queen-size" bed in 200x160 and its 240x220 duvet as well as 2 bedside tables and their lamp, a wardrobe, a large table with two chairs and two stools, a "chiffonier" with 6 drawers, a chest of drawers 6 drawers, another TV on its cabinet with VHS cassette player and VHS films.
- Finally an exceptional feature: We provide you with free INTERNET access via WIFI or via an Ethernet cable provided (ADSL 18 mega) and free landline access for the metropolis (excluding paid services including international and mobile) as well than ORANGE TV + all free CANAL + channels.
- An entrance "airlock", and therefore in the apartment, allows you to store skis, poles, shoes, jackets, etc. A corridor leads to the various rooms including the staircase leading to the mezzanine, more dresser. Access to the slopes is 2 floors below the apartment.
The apartment is renovated in mountain decor, called "Le Grenier", pine furniture either in oiled honey or waxed. Do not hesitate to visit it in THE PHOTO ALBUM created for this purpose. A couple of GUARDIANS is on site for all the "Asters".
