Rental in ARECHES-BEAUFORT in Savoie Mont Blanc for 6 people in a 70-apartment residence with summer swimming pool and elevator, located in the heart of the village and close to shops and skiing. 43m² duplex apartment ideally located: on foot to skiing and the village.

The entrance opens onto a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine - electric oven and microwave - raclette and fondue machines). The well-defined space leaves plenty of room for the living room (sofa bed for 2). This room opens onto an east-facing balcony with a lovely view of the village and mountains, and in summer, a view of the swimming pool*.
Upstairs, a landing leads to 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with a single bed (120cm). The 2 bedrooms and the landing are under the roof with velux windows. A raised 90cm bed provides individual sleeping accommodation on the landing. The bathroom is also upstairs. Independant W.C. in the entrance hall - Plenty of storage space. 3rd floor with elevator. Very spacious. Ski lockers.
Please note: We would like to inform our customers that staining work is in progress on the Val Blanc 1 and 2 residences and that scaffolding will be installed on the South and East facades from April 20 to May 15, 2024 and on the North and West facades from May 15, 2024 to June 31, 2024.
Notes: Pets not allowed - Tourist tax not included. Possibility of renting sheets and household linen. A security deposit (depending on accommodation size) will be required on arrival.
* Collective swimming pool in summer (from July 1 to August 31). Thank you for respecting the sanitary measures and instructions taken following the COVID19 epidemic.
