A stone throw away from the beach, this luxurious apartment on the seashore welcomes guests for a memorable stay during their vacation at Forte dei Marmi.
With a shared pool (open between April and October) with heating facility, a large private terrace with chaise lounges and a balcony where light meals can be enjoyed, the modern apartment promises a lovely time with friends and family. It is designed to let sunlight and freshness come from both sides of the apartment.
The living room offers access to the terrace. It has a modern layout with a comfy sofa, a flat-screen digital TV and a dining area by the rear window. A winding staircase from the living room takes one to the twin room on the ground floor.

The luxurious new apartment is perfectly located to enjoy a fun-filled vacation close to the Ligurian Sea. The seashore apartment is only 50 meters from the nearest beach. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are also at walking distance from here. There is a tennis court nearby and a golf course at a convenient distance.
The apartment is located in the historical city of Camaiore where guests can explore its many shops, restaurants, cafes and picturesque lanes. There are plenty of museums, Romanesque churches and monuments worth visiting. For those who love outdoor adventure, there are trails up the Apuan Alps through beautiful hamlets and monumental castles.
The holiday apartment is also a perfect base for visiting Forte dei Marmi (15 minutes), Lucca (38 minutes) and Florence (75 minutes). The nearest airport is only 30 km from the apartment. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of April 2024 to the 31st of October 2024
