You will stay in a beautiful old apartment located downtown.
Duplex with charm of the old (parquet floor, beams) and many equipment. An open, modern and very well equipped kitchen will be ideal for gourmet travelers. The bathroom has a beautiful shower and has been renovated with high quality materials (washing machine and dryer available). On the first floor, you will appreciate the comfort of a beautiful bedroom with a double bed.
The accommodation
Our accommodation is perfect for a stay in the hyper center of Nantes in the heart of a very attractive district, ideal to discover the city.
It is located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator.
In addition to its beautiful location, you will appreciate the charm of the old building which contrasts with the modernity of its equipment.
The kitchen: Open to the living room and very well equipped (large refrigerator, oven, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker, dishes...). It has a central island with storage where are at your disposal many kitchen utensils that will allow you to prepare good meals, to share with family and friends.
The living room : The large living room with parquet and beams has a lounge with a sofa and an armchair.
A fireplace is in the center of the living room (not functional). A TV and a WIFI box will allow you to spend good moments of relaxation. A desk is also at your disposal.
The bathroom: The apartment has a very nice bathroom renovated with high quality materials. It is equipped with a shower with shower head and hand shower, a sink and a mirror. The bathroom linen (large towels, small towels, bath mat).
The bedroom : You reach the first floor by a staircase (without guardrail : be careful with the children), which brings to the night space. A beautiful bright room, with a lot of charm will welcome you for good nights of sleep (double bed).
Access for travelers
The entire apartment is available to travelers.
Other remarks:
- The fireplace is non-functional not to be used for safety reasons.
The Cocoonr Agency
The accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival.
Neighborhood and transportation
Located in the heart of the Bouffay district, in a lively pedestrian street, you'll be spoiled for choice for restaurants and cafes. Ideally located to enjoy Nantes, you are only 5 minutes walk from the Castle, the Cathedral and the famous Royal and Graslin squares.
In 2 stops of tramway, you are on the island of Nantes and its famous machines of the island!
On foot, by tramway, by bus, by Bicloo (bicycles), you will have the embarrassment of the choice to move in Nantes. All public transportation is only a 3-minute walk from the building, at the "Commerce" stop. To get to the Nantes Atlantique airport, you just need to board the dedicated shuttle bus from Commerce, the journey takes about 20 minutes depending on the traffic. To reach the train station, you are 5 minutes away by streetcar (stop "Commerce") or 10 minutes on foot from the apartment.
