Discover this beautiful 48 m2 apartment perfectly located on the banks of the Erdre opposite the Cité des Congrès and just a few meters from the train station. Completely renovated, the apartment offers a spacious living area with a stylishly appointed lounge/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso, Aicok food processor, washing machine...). The bright, unoverlooked bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The apartment is a 48 m2 T2, totally renovated (July 2019) in Art Deco style on the 4th floor of a condominium with underground parking and secure access (height: 2m, width: 2.40m, depth: 4.80m).
The apartment's ideal location means it's just 350m from the train station (direct link to Nantes airport in 20 min), and less than 5 minutes' walk from the Cité Internationale des Congrès, as well as the Lieu Unique and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, two of Nantes' cultural highlights.
The apartment is south/southwest-facing and very bright. It is located on the 4th floor with elevator, directly accessible via the underground parking lot where you can park your vehicle if you wish (please refer to the garage dimensions to ensure your vehicle fits).
Entrance:
As you enter the apartment, you can store your belongings in a large closet (hangers, iron, vacuum cleaner, household equipment). The entrance hallway gives access to the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
The living room:
This room benefits from a lounge area with a convertible sofa, a flat-screen TV (Samsung), a broadband internet box and a dining area for 4 people.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is functional and fully equipped. You'll be able to cook your favorite dishes and Nantes specialties with ease (oven, microwave, induction hob, citrus juicer, Aicok food processor, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, grocery stock, crockery for 6, new kitchen utensils, washing machine).
Bedroom:
Enjoy a comfortable night's sleep with quality bedding and bedside tables with lamps on either side. You can also store your belongings in a cupboard to simplify your stay. The window is equipped with a roller shutter and a curtain for added privacy during the day.
Bathroom:
Renovated in June 2019 and warmly decorated, you have at your disposal a bathtub with a shower column, a towel dryer, a hairdryer, a basin with a large mirror and storage space.
Cocoonr Agency
L'Idylle is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and the bed is made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment. You'll also have access to the residence's private parking space (height: 2m, width: 2.40m, depth: 4.80m).
You'll love its proximity to the city center, just a 20-minute walk away, and the Cité des Congrès, just 7 minutes away. For more nature and serenity, we suggest a stroll along the Loire or the Canal St Félix, practically at the foot of the building. Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural center turned national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU cookie factory. The famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne is a 15-minute walk away, and the train station is less than 5 minutes away on foot.
If you prefer public transport, the busway is only 7 minutes away, and there are numerous bus routes: the C3 at the foot of the building will take you directly to the city center in less than 10 minutes. Nantes Atlantique airport can be reached by bus in 20 minutes from the SNCF train station.
All amenities are nearby, including a Carrefour Market less than 5 minutes away. As you can see, L'Idylle is located in a pleasant neighborhood! This apartment is classified as a meublé de tourisme.
