RESIDENCE
The Adonis Cassen by Olydea holiday residence is a 3-star tourist residence and an ideal destination for
an ideal destination to recharge your batteries in the heart of the Landes, land of gastronomy. It is located in the
Cassen, in a green environment, on the edge of the forest. The car is essential.
Cassen is a small Landes village of 350 inhabitants located 20 km from Dax and 40 km from Mont de Marsan, in the heart of

The large beaches of Hossegor, Port d'Albret de Seignosse, Labenne... are located between 45 and 55 minutes

This friendly residence is composed of semi-detached houses facing south (wood frame,

For your holidays, you have a reception with bar, lounge, wifi area at the reception and
and numerous leisure and sports facilities such as a fitness room, a terrace, a solarium

In the price of your stay, are included :

- Access to the outdoor swimming pool (11m x 21m, depth from 0,60m to 1,50m) open from mid-May to the end of
end of September depending on the weather conditions (swimming trunks or shorts compulsory)
- Access to the heated indoor swimming pool (dimensions: 10m x 5m - depth 0.60m to 1.50m) with fitness area
with sauna: in operation all season (swimming trunks or shorty obligatory). In July and August, the access to this
swimming pool is with supplement: 4€/pers/the 1/2 day.
- WIFI access at the reception during opening hours.
- Outdoor parking: one space per accommodation, depending on availability.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Our friends the animals: The pets are accepted held in lead for a supplement to be paid on the spot of

- Cleaning at the end of your stay: If your apartment is not returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, a cleaning will be charged

Kind welcome - very nice staff Clean apartment, but very little storage space in the apartment (no wall coat rack except in the bathroom) Too much proximity on the balcony with the neighbors but difficult to do otherwise.
