Part of a semi-detached house with private pool in Subbiano, just 10 km from Arezzo and at the gates of the Casentino ? National Park. It consists of two apartments, both with independent entrances and not connected. The first apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom, bathroom. The other apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by a wooden staircase at the back of the accommodation. This part consists of an open space with kitchenette, living room, double bed, bathroom and two mezzanine bedrooms with single bed. On a beautiful terrace you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation and enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside and the beautiful pool. This is for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by a large garden, which is connected to the well-kept vegetable garden of the house owner, who does not use chemical substances. In the vegetable garden you can freely pick and taste the delicious vegetables. Guests can also use a table tennis table, badminton net and bocce. Some fitness equipment is also available (abdominal bench, step, weights). This vacation accommodation is the ideal starting point to visit the beautiful medieval city of Arezzo, where the famous 'Giostra del Saracino' takes place every year in June and September. Subbiano is also strategically located to visit the many historic villages in the Casentino area. Poppi 18 km, Bibbiena 14 km, Stia 28 km are just some of the great places where you can walk and enjoy excellent Tuscan cuisine with a good glass of wine. Not to be missed are the famous sanctuaries of La Verna and Camaldoli about 45 minutes away.
