The hillside holiday retreat for up to 5 guests is a unique blend of old and new. While it has preserved its 400-year-old legacy by keeping the original stone architecture, the modern elements of the house add to its style and luxury. The property stands out for its quality equipment, comfort and architectural sophistication. There are two parts of the villa: the main building and the pavilion.
Guests also have access to a fine outdoor kitchen with a dining and lounging set up beside it and a grilling area. This kitchen and al fresco set up faces the courtyard which is a pleasant, green space between the building and the pavilion.
The main building is divided into a ground floor, a mezzanine level and a floor above that. On the ground floor, within the confines of traditional stone walls, there is an ultra-modern kitchen and dining space equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a fridge with a freezer, a toaster and an electric kettle. The mezzanine level can be reached by climbing a few steps. It has a large glass pane overlooking the courtyard. There is a modern sitting and lounging area here. Stairs from this level lead to the bedroom.
The pavilion has a modern bedroom and a bathroom.

Location
The impressive villa is perfect for a romantic getaway. It is located in the heart of the Karst region which is often called the Slovenian Tuscany. Although the nearest restaurant is about 4 kilometers from the villa, guests can taste local wine and food at plenty of nearby wine cellars and households. In fact, the region is known for its vineyards and thus, its wine, extremely friendly people, architecture and beautiful mountain views. It has a 2000-year-old tradition of producing wine. There are also a number of hiking and biking trails that the guests can explore on the bicycles kept at the house. The local prosciutto and other dried meats, fruits, pastries and its excellent wine will surely appeal to the tastebuds of the guests. A number of day trips can also be explored, especially to the famous underground caves with their mind-bending natural beauty. For beach lovers, the sea is only a short drive from the villa (15 kilometers). Guests can visit coastal towns like Piran, Portorož and Koper and enjoy the sun and the sea to the fullest.
The nearest airport is only 37 kilometers away. A damage deposit of 1000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
