Upstairs: STUDIO (double bed 180 x 200 cm) with kitchen, en-suite shower room and wc at extra charge: €110 per night and €300 per weekend for 2 nights. "La Galerie" is a superb 1867 estate dedicated to well-being and sports, certified by the Fondation du Patrimoine, a stone's throw from L'Aigle town center and served by the train station (Paris-Granville line). With magnificent enclosed wooded grounds crossed by the river, including a 200m2 fish-filled pond for fishing enthusiasts (rotengles, trout, carp, roach, etc.) and an ornamental pond (ducks, koi carp, donkeys and llama), both of which are NOT ENCLOSED. The owner lives discreetly on site. The gite can be rented for 6 or 12 people (G804), but never to 2 different guests on the estate.

Romain acquired this property in 2008, which has remained completely original. He undertook major renovation work while preserving the original features to bring back to life the buildings, which had been more or less abandoned due to successive inheritances. The remarkable dovecote dates from 1877, with its zinc niches. The "Swiss Chalet" appearance of the main house is totally atypical of the region, with its pointed roofs, awning, wooden balconies and mantling.
