The Gîte des Eaux Salées occupies the 1st floor of a lovingly restored 50s villa, named after the ferruginous spring that gushes through the property.
Nearby: village of Retournac 1 km away (lace-making museum, all shops and services, outdoor swimming pool and white-water activities), ruins of Château d'Artias 6 km away, Loire gorges... The first floor is occupied by the owners' daughter's architectural practice, but you also benefit from a private outdoor space (90 m²), as well as a terrace (8 m²) and a small veranda (4 m²) that serve as an entrance to the gîte on the 1st floor.
A large corridor leads to a kitchen, a separate living room with TV, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140cm), a shower room and a separate toilet.
All utilities are included in the price (except tourist tax).
Cleaning deposit: €50.
Bed linen for 2 persons : 15 €.
