This large detached stone house, slightly isolated on the banks of a stream, is a former 19th-century family farmhouse and comprises 2 separate semi-detached gîtes with opposite access and grounds, 2.5 km from a medieval village.
Nearby: medieval town of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog... ) 2.5km, Lac de Malaguet 9km, La Chaise-Dieu (abbey church, sacred music festival...) 18km. All shops and services in Allègre (2.5km). First floor: living room-kitchen (TV), wc.
