Detached family home in a small village in the Gorges de l'Allier, on 5600 m² of unenclosed land planted with trees, just a stone's throw from the river.
A large terrace (40 m²) is accessible from the living room.
Nearby: Saint-Jean-Lachalm (wind farm, via ferrata...) 13 km, Lac du Bouchet 17 km. All shops and services in Saugues (21 km). On the first floor (a few steps up), the living room with wood-burning stove has a fully-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm) each, a shower room and a separate toilet.
The 1st floor (spiral staircase) leads to a living room with TV, an alcove bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 closed bedroom with 3 beds 90 and a bathroom with WC.
