This former semi-detached farmhouse with its own entrance is located at the foot of the Lizieux peak, with uninterrupted views over the rolling Meygal and Mézenc landscapes. It features a large sheltered terrace for al fresco dining or relaxing.
Nearby: numerous hiking trails (sentier de Bonas, Pic de Lizieux...topo-guides and maps), Lac Bleu and La Lauzière miniature park 2 km away, fishing in the Bouchat ponds (2 km), Le Mazet-St-Voy 6 km away (farmers' market, clogmaker's workshop, botanical garden), St-Julien-chapteuil 13 km away (church, Jules Romains museum, rock climbing, all shops and services), Devesset and Lavalette water sports centers both 25 minutes away.
