This large 440 m2 building has been restored with an eye to respecting the environment, working in short circuits and giving objects a second life. The atmosphere is simple, friendly and comfortable.
You'll remember this house's most seductive asset: a 200 m2 first floor dedicated to relaxation: a "kids room" for young children, a library, a darts area, a 90m2 billiards and table tennis room.

Weekend: Friday 6pm to Sunday 6pm
Mid-weekend: Thursday 6pm to Sunday 6pm
Arrival between 6pm and 8pm. No arrivals after 8pm.

On the 1st floor, the house comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, 8 bedrooms, a living room and 2 shared WCs.
For your comfort, 3 rooms are equipped with sanitary facilities. In addition: 1 room with 2 Nordic-style 90x140 Italian showers, each with its own private changing room.
In summer, thanks to its excellent insulation and location, the house stays cool even in the hottest weather.
The gîte parking lot can accommodate a maximum of 6 full-size vehicles.
Part of the park has been left natural to preserve the flora and fauna. The flat area for lunch and play is well maintained.

The ground floor of the house is not open to the public. The gite is not accessible to wheelchair users, and is entered via a staircase leading to the 1st floor of the house.
The inventory of fixtures lasts about 45 minutes and is done with the owner.
Arrival times between 6pm & 8pm for Friday and Saturday.

Coming from St-Etienne, follow signs for Yssingeaux: take the second exit, the Super U, at the roundabout turn left, go over the N88, take the route de St Jeures D7 and follow signs for Le Chambon sur Lignon. In the village, turn right before the big crossroads onto the road which climbs towards the cemetery, then continue for 500m on the road which descends, and the gite will be on your right.
Arriving from Tence, follow the D157, then rue de l'Eglise and turn left onto rue de la Fontaine, cross the bridge and follow the road to the left for 300m.
