A medieval town of character at the gateway to Le Puy-en-Velay and the fortress of Polignac, Cheyrac (a locality belonging to the commune of Polignac) is ideal for relaxing, hiking, horse-riding or cycling (accessible directly from the house). It's also an ideal base for visiting the UNESCO World Heritage town of Le Puy-en-Velay (25 min walk, 5 min drive) or Polignac.
This small, detached house offers a blend of authenticity and modernity, while respecting the environment and current hygiene standards.
A sunny terrace lets you enjoy the first rays of sunshine, relax or dream on a deckchair, but also read a book (available on site) or enjoy moments of conviviality (breakfasts.... barbecues).
On-site: signposted walks, visit to the Polignac fortress, possible visit to a soap factory.

- a bright living room with a built-in kitchen and bar, a sitting area with flat-screen TV, wi-fi access and a dining area, all opening onto a pleasant terrace with unobstructed views,
- a double bedroom with quality mattresses for your comfort and a bathroom with a large shower,
- toilet with washbasin.
First floor:
- on the mezzanine: two additional single beds with quality mattresses for your comfort (they can be twinned), with a play and reading area for youngsters.
On the lower level, a laundry room with :

On leaving Le Puy-en-Velay, head towards Clermont Ferrand. .
At Chadrac, continue in the direction of Polignac for 3 kms.
Before reaching the Polignac roundabout, turn right towards Cheyrac.
At the crow's-foot, take the right-hand road towards Cheyrac.
At the entrance to Cheyrac, turn into the second street on the right, before the first drinking trough. where the gite is visually located with the Gites de France sign and parking space.
The entrance to the gite is at 5 rue du Fournil in the village of Cheyrac (near Polignac), going around the gite to the left.
