The gîte benefits from a privileged location: on the high ground at 800m altitude between Saulxures and Cornimont. The owners live nearby for advice and comfort if needed. Whatever the season, you'll be captivated by the beauty of the view over the valley and mountains. Children will be delighted to meet the goats and donkeys in the meadow next to the gîte in summer. Fully equipped, it offers all modern comforts, including an Italian-style shower, built-in kitchen and well-appointed bedrooms. Ideal for a stay with family or friends. A moment of pure relaxation, with many nature activities available in the vicinity: hiking, accro-branche in La Bresse, tennis in the village, downhill skiing 15 kms,... Totally independent, unoverlooked 70 m² apartment in a traditional building. Access to gîte via outside steps. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2nd bedroom: 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds, crib). Mezzanine with sitting area (sofa bed) and TV. Bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. Utilities included. Wifi access. Parking space for one vehicle. Fenced mountain plot. Terrace area. Snow equipment essential in winter season. Access via a tarmac mountain road (3 kms from the center of Cornimont).

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 kWh per day at your disposal (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
