Beautiful, comfortable chalet in the mountains, 2 kilometers from the ski slopes (La Bresse/Hohneck resort). Pleasant tourist location. Private road leading to 2 chalets Shared grounds (3700 m²) bordered by a river. Groceries and doctor 7 km away.
Weekends not available during school vacations. Individual mountain chalet.
Entrance with storage.
Garden level, first floor and 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 7 single beds, 1 crib).
Kitchen opening onto living room, adjoining lounge. Relaxation room.
Bathroom, shower room. 2 WCs.
2 covered terraces, grounds. Secure, private bike/ski room.
Charges included for stays booked after 26/08/2022, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

Parking for one car in front of the chalet and 2-3 cars at the beginning of the private road. In case of snow, parking 80 m from the gîte.

From the center of La Bresse, head towards Col de la Schlucht, La Bresse-Hohneck ski area. About 6.5 km down the road, opposite the Couaroge building on the left, turn right onto chemin de la Xlatte. After about 100 m, at the Gîtes de France sign, you'll find access to the chalet on the right (private road).
