The owner lives on site and will give you all the advice you need to make the most of your stay in Épinal. An equestrian center is just a few meters away (where you can park your Vans). New, independent gîte. External access via 3 steps. Raised first floor: 1 half-level bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room. WC. Living room with kitchen (sofa bed 120/190 cm). Grassed area with garden furniture. No smoking. Utilities included. Electric heating. Bed made up on arrival, towels provided.
Parking available in the courtyard, by the road or in a large parking lot opposite.
