The gîte Le Rucher is located on the heights of Gérardmer, in a residential area, 2 km from the town center, restaurants, lake, casino... The house is fully equipped with plenty of storage space. The living room is warm and inviting, with a table soccer table for relaxing moments. You can also relax on the 55 m² south-facing wooden terrace, as well as on the petanque court. Detached house 100 m². First floor, 1st and 2nd floor (half-levels): 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (size 160x200 cm) and 1 single bed (size 90 x 200 cm). 1 cot and high chair. Equipped kitchen opening onto living room with TV (dishwasher, microwave...)
One shower room with WC and a second, larger shower room without WC. Both with walk-in showers + Separate WC at the entrance to the gîte.
Table soccer. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Wood-burning stove (1st basket of wood offered). Carport. Grassed area of 800 m². Petanque court. 55m² terrace. Heating by heat pump. Electricity included up to 30kwh/day.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Linen (2 tea towels) included. Housework included. Towels at 8 € per person.
