Gîte in a wooden chalet 700 m above sea level, overlooking the town of Gérardmer: summer and winter resort with lake, mountain walks and La Mauselaine ski resort. Grocery store and doctor 1 km away. 55 m² self-contained cottage. Individual entrance. First floor: living room opening onto fully-equipped kitchen and lounge with fireplace and TV. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 crib. Bathroom with shower. WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, mezzanine area (1 single bed), WC. Terrace. Plot of land. 2 swing sets, sandpit, table tennis, barbecue. Electric heating, charges not included (on meter reading according to consumption, beyond 8 kws included per day).

You will be welcomed to the gîte by the owners or maintenance staff.
