This spacious detached house is located 1 km from the center of the village, where you'll find numerous amenities: bakery, supermarket, doctor... Moselotte lake with beach in summer, and fishing in season, 500 m away. La voie verte (53 km of cycle paths for bikes and rollerblades). Alsace 40 km away. Winter sports: l'Ermitage Frères Joseph ski resort in Ventron 15 km away, or La Bresse Hohneck 25 km away. Gérardmer and its lake 25 km away. Remiremont (TGV train station) 20 km. Detached house.

Coming from Epinal on the 4-lane motorway, at Remiremont take the Mulhouse Gérardmer la Bresse exit and follow signs for la Bresse on the D43. Go through Vagney, Thiéfosse and after Thiéfosse take the exit on the left towards Les Amias, lac de la Moselotte. You'll find the gîte on your right about 500 m after Lac de la Moselotte.
