Completely renovated family home, 4-star gite with sauna.
Easy access, with ample parking, close to the village and opposite a ski rental and regional produce shop, the Kos Lounge Bar and next to Domaine Beaucerf.
Two large wooden terraces (ground floor and garden level), with unobstructed views of nature, on the south-facing side, equipped with a large table and armchairs for 14 people, plus a barbecue and gas plancha.
All rooms are equipped with a desk and high-speed fiber-optic Internet connection, ideal for combining relaxation and telecommuting.

Everything you need for a pleasant stay in the Hautes Vosges! The accommodation, with a living area of 150 m² and sauna, is composed as follows:
First floor :
Spacious 40 m² living room including:
A sitting area with a large, comfortable sofa and large-screen TV (TNT+ satellite)
Wood-burning stove
A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer+14 place setting dishwasher, classic oven + microwave + large electric hobs, + numerous small appliances (12-cup coffee maker, Senséo coffee maker, classic Nespresso coffee machine, large raclette machine, waffle maker, crepe maker, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, mixer...)
- a 35m² terrace
-One bedroom: adapted for PRMs, with a 160x200 bed, a desk with Fiber Internet connection, a storage closet with hanging space and shelves.
- A shower room with walk-in shower, basin, storage space, heated towel rail, hairdryer and toilet, also adapted for PRM.
- Separate toilet with hand-washer.
1st Floor:
3 Bedrooms: equipped with a 2x80x200 bed, separable, a storage cupboard with closet and shelves, a desk with Fiber internet connection, each also with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, hairdryer, WC.
One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub.
-A children's (or adults') area with:
sofa, connected TV, DVD player, books, board games.
Separate toilet with hand-washer.
2nd floor:
Dormitory in duplex with chalet-style living room: equipped with 6 beds 90/190. with sockets and individual reading lights.
In the basement:

-A laundry room equipped with a 10kg washing machine, a 10kg dryer, a dryer with pegs, a water point with tub, an ironing board and iron.
-A garage for storing and preparing skis, bikes and motorcycles.

End-of-stay cleaning included bedroom, bathroom and kitchen on first floor adapted for disabled guests.
