Beautifully renovated, comfortable 157 m² gîte with large grounds, in a quiet hamlet, 15 km from Épinal. Ideal for gentle walks along the Canal de l'Est (4 km). Lac de Bouzey is just a few minutes away. Grocery store and doctor 4 km away.
Bread delivered to order. Gîte adjoining an apartment in a renovated farmhouse. Separate entrance. First floor and 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 single bunk beds). Living room, kitchenette, dining area. 2 shower rooms. 2 WCs. Electric heating. Enclosed grounds with high fence. Porch. Utilities included. A few chickens in neighboring fenced yard. Pets are accepted with a supplement of 3€ per pet per night. Pets must be kept on a leash.
A cleaning fee of €50 is charged for business stays, and bed linen rental is €10 per pair.
