Minus: dark apartment because of roof over balcony; impossible to use wifi, messy TV channel order, no TV signal in heavy rain, no covered parking, fan noise, fridge, clock in living room; non-functional building code, no shoe storage in tiny entrance hall, no dish drainer, flat bath and sink plugs, mystery light switch in living room, mezzanine staircase painted slippery. Plus points: bathtub, pool access, kitchen OK, mezzanine with 3 real beds and shower-wc for large families, llamas grazing on the lawn in front of the building, TV in master bedroom, double bed in master bedroom.
