Le Coeur des Alpes is a pretty wooden house of 40 m² located in Marnaz, ideal for a nice stay in the mountains in summer and winter, to enjoy hiking, waterfalls, Sixt horseshoe circus, ski resorts nearby such as Carroz, Flaine, Samoens ... The house is oriented east-west and very well equipped, consists of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom with shower. You will enjoy a nice terrace with barbecue and a garden. Private parking space. Air conditioning and heating. Sheets and towels included.
The house :
The owners who live in the house next to the Coeur des Alpes, will be delighted to welcome you on the spot and give you advice on the good addresses to discover. You will enjoy the house just for you, as well as your private terrace. Reversible air-conditioning hot-cold to enjoy an ideal temperature in summer and winter.
On the first floor :
Large bay windows with electric roller shutters will allow you to enjoy the sunshine at any time of the day.
