House located in the village center, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a village where you can visit its unusual church, the studio of painter and sculptor Jorge Carrasco or go swimming in the Creuse (beach 1km away on foot).
Project 2024 New rectangular swimming pool (5.5 X 10) with full-width staircase, opening May 2024. Work in progress.
A weather-heated swimming pool (shared with 3 other gîtes) from May to September, 1.50 m deep, a chalet (shower and WC), (authorized hours 10am, 9pm) and a wood-heated Nordic bath (not operational in July and August);
5 minutes from the town of Argenton-sur-Creuse (Berry's green Venice) with its market, archaeological site and shirt-making museum, and 10 minutes from the village of Gargilesse (one of France's most beautiful villages). Vallée de la Creuse (Lac d'Eguzon, beaches, canoeing...) and Parc Naturel de la Brenne will complete your se[hidden] Parc de BEAUVAL 1h15 away. Quiet, detached house, just a few steps up (6) and you'll be in the kitchen/living room with beams and stone walls, wood-burning stove.
Upper level (5 steps): 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds - crib) - wc - shower room.
Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption).
Private 400 m² garden and 2800 m² shared green space with trampoline, pétanque court and ping-pong table.
Private terrace with sun awning;
Garden furniture and barbecue, deckchair and parasol.
Private parking.
Greenway 2 minutes away, bike hire available in Argenton sur Creuse.
