In a peaceful hamlet surrounded by green fields and close to the forest, this renovated farmhouse offers a haven of peace in the Berry province. It's ideally located near the Pellevoisin sanctuary, the Château d'Argy and the charming village of Palluau-sur-Indre. You can also discover the Brenne regional park with its ponds and rich biodiversity.
Not to be missed: the Beauval zoo, the Haute Touche wildlife park, as well as the Châteaux of Valençay, Bouges and those along the Loire. On one level, this charming house features a spacious living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a double sofa bed. It also has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), as well as a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. There is also a second shower room with toilet.
Outside, there's a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a garden and enclosed courtyard, as well as a garage and parking area. Baby equipment is available, including a cot, high chair, toilet seat reducer and bathtub. Bed linen rental is available on request for private guests and compulsory for business guests.
Oil-fired heating is included in the price.
