House located in the center of town, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a village where you can visit its atypical church, the studio of painter and sculptor Jorge Carrasco or go swimming in the Creuse (beach 1 km away on foot).
Project 2024 New rectangular swimming pool (5.5 X 10) with full-width staircase, opening May 2024. Work in progress.
A weather-heated swimming pool (shared with 3 other gîtes) from May to September, 1.50 m deep, a chalet (shower and WC), authorized opening hours (10 a.m., 9 p.m.) and a wood-heated Nordic bath (not operational in July and August).
5 minutes from the town of Argenton-sur-Creuse (Berry's green Venice) with its market, archaeological site and shirt-making museum, and 10 minutes from the village of Gargilesse (one of France's most beautiful villages). Vallée de la Creuse (Lac d'Eguzon, beaches, canoeing...) and Parc Naturel de la Brenne will complete your visit[hidden] Parc DE BEAUVAL 1h15 away. Detached former winegrower's house with enclosed garden and private parking.
First floor: large 43 m² living room with kitchen (central island), lounge and dining area. Open fireplace and wood-burning stove.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 2-person bed and 2 x 1-person beds - crib) - wc - shower room.
Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption) and wood (€45 per stere).
Changing mat and bathtub available.
Private 600 m² garden and 2800 m² shared green space with trampoline, petanque pitch and ping-pong table, heated swimming pool (weather permitting) and wood-fired Nordic bath.
Private terrace with pergola.
