On the borders of Berry, Touraine and Sologne, 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo and Valençay castle, this independent rental welcomes you in a green setting with a shared swimming pool (16 x 8 meters with large terrace, available from 10am to 8pm) with 2 other gîtes, heated and open from June 1st to September 15th.
Two lakes with swimming facilities are 5 minutes away. First floor: dining/living room (stove) - kitchen - storeroom - wc - bathroom - 1 bedroom (1 double bed).
First floor: living room - 3 bedrooms (3 double beds) - bathroom - wc.
Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption) and wood (€80 per stere). Enclosed garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue).
Private garage for bikes and/or motorcycles.
End-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
Tennis court and pond (300 m away) shared with other gîtes (rackets and balls not provided).
Optional services to be paid for on site and booked before arrival:
