Ideally located at the gateway to the Brenne Regional Nature Park and close to the Poitou region, it offers an enchanting setting where absolute tranquility reigns.
Situated at the end of a quiet road, this estate is a haven of peace, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Soak up the serene atmosphere and let yourself be lulled by the gentle murmur of the surrounding nature. Gîte in a renovated farmhouse with parking and large shared plot with another gîte and private terrace.
First floor: 1st living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and TV area.
2nd large living room (40 m²) with dining room and sitting room in front of the fireplace - bedroom for 3 (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with shower room / wc (Italian shower - formerly approved for people with reduced mobility) - separate wc - laundry room.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms each with private shower room and toilet: one bedroom for 4 people (1 bed 140 cm and 2 beds 90 cm), one bedroom with 2 single beds and 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed.
Electric and wood heating included in the price.
Closed storage area for bikes or motorcycles.
