6 to 7-seater overflowing SPA (usable all year round) on request as an option. First floor: narrow fitted kitchen - living room (sofa bed for 2 on request) / dining room - wc (half-level) - suite with 160 cm bed and shower room (Italian shower) / wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with 1 x 160 cm bed and the other with 2 single beds and 1 double bed) - wc - bathroom with walk-in shower.
Access via a private, enclosed courtyard, large terrace and private garden.
Parking directly in front of the accommodation.
Gas heating (meter reading).
Compulsory cleaning at €100.
Gîte agréée "Accueil Vélo".
Jacuzzi use at €50 per stay and €500 Jacuzzi deposit.
