Between Land and Sea, the "Domaine de Kerioche" is ideally located to discover the Morbihan and the southern spirit of Brittany: its breathtaking islands (Belle-Île en mer, Groix island, Hoëdic, Arz...), its villages and landscapes of exceptions (Carnac, Quiberon, Ria d'Etel, la Gacilly, Saint Goustan...), its perfectly preserved medieval castles (Suscinio, Josselin...), but also its many leisure parks (Branféré...).

Presentation
A stone's throw from the picturesque village of Rochefort-en-Terre and less than 30 minutes from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan and Vannes, stay at the "Domaine de Kerioche" on the Moulin Neuf pond. A place that combines nature, ecology, historical heritage and modernity. Around a 15-hectare lake and in a 30-hectare forest park, stay in an exceptional residence located in a wooded pedestrian park overlooking the Moulin Neuf lake.
The spacious cottages of this domain, which can accommodate up to 6 people, have been fitted out in order to bring you all the comfort and the necessary equipment for the success of your vacations. Each house also has a large furnished terrace to share unforgettable moments.
For even more serenity, our residence is entirely pedestrian. A large parking lot allows you to park your car safely and for free during your stay.
As for leisure activities, the "Domaine de Kerioche" offers a wide range of sports and leisure facilities for the whole family (tennis, mountain biking, multi-sports ground, fitness trail, etc.), access to the heated outdoor swimming pool of the "Domaine du Moulin Neuf" (1 km away), a beach with a nautical base, playgrounds, etc.

Great stay. Quiet, shady place, silent in the middle of nature. Very welcoming staff. Swimming pool welcome... 1 kilometer from the cottages by a small pedestrian or cycling path along the lake. Small regret on the fact of being at the very beginning of the season: several small things not put in place. Terrace not cleaned, paddling pool for small children not started... But otherwise we had a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay, very beautiful region and very quiet, functional accommodation but several announced services not proposed and very dilapidated accommodation: - presence of some cockroaches - pans too small for 4 - scaled sanitary facilities and mold in the shower - VMC and fans for the cooking plate blocked by dust - a lot of stairs to access the accommodation - no children's club or entertainment - no volleyball net, no ping pong tables, no foam on the tennis court - no barbecue on the terrace - ocean 40 minutes away and unsupervised beaches...
