Spacious semi-detached house in the Dordogne.
The vacation home is beautifully situated on a spacious plot with well-tended gardens. Inside the converted 18th century barn you will find a lovely, cozy atmosphere with rustic elements, such as the exposed wooden beams. The heart of the house is the open kitchen with dining area, where you can easily entertain the whole family. Gather here for delicious meals or lively conversations and catch up on the day. Due to the location of the bedrooms in the house, it is well suited for a vacation with several families or couples.
Outside, you can use the beautiful pool to cool off and relax in the water on warm days. Please note that the pool area is visible when entering the property gates.
You can easily reach the town of Bergerac from the house, where you will find various amenities. Just outside the cottage you can fish in the river and with a bit of luck catch dinner.
Note: The mezzanine bedroom can only be accessed through bedroom 1. Other guests and the discreet owner also live on site.
