Nous avons découvert Font Romeu et son environnement depuis plusieurs années et avons apprécié cet endroit si ensoleillé et ressourçant. Au Lavandou et Bormes les Mimosas au ciel bleu nous aimons aussi nous retrouver. Lors de chaque séjour, nous y avons découvert de nouvelles randonnées et de nouvelles activités. C’est toujours avec impatience et grand plaisir que nous retrouvons la douceur de Bormes et son sentier du littoral les chemins enneigés ou fleuris selon la saison de Font Romeu. C’est ainsi que nous avons décidé d'installer ces agréables appartements très lumineux.

Pleasant apartment "Terrasse des sorbiers ensoleillés" for your vacations in all seasons: T2 cabin 40 m2 with large terrace 30 m2 (sunny all day with outdoor furniture) without opposite, south exposure, for 4 (ideal) to 5 persons [ 6 persons on request, with supplement], recently renovated in a mountain chalet spirit in the peace while being located just a step away from the center, all the shops and services by a short pedestrian path.
Elevator, closed garage, secured residence of 3 floors, intercom, ski locker, concierge. Nearby, a free ski bus or esti-bus will drop you off at the cable cars or at the Odeillo train station as well as the LiO bus for Perpignan (Villefranche de Conflent, Mont Louis...) Also nearby, a service area for renting sports equipment, ski, .... instructors
This spacious apartment includes : - large entrance with cupboard, shoe storage, coat rack, mirror - very luminous living-dining room, bay window (electric shutter), convertible sofa and heater, board games, books, documentations to visit and discover the region on foot, on horseback, on mountain bike or to realize, in all seasons, multiple and magnificent hikes, are there at your disposal for an assured relaxation. - a kitchen semi-open on the living room with all the necessary to feel like at home. - a comfortable room with a 160cm bed, possibility of 2 x 80cm beds - a cabin with 2 bunk beds in 90cm - a bathroom with a secure bath and shower - separate toilet. In each room, new electric radiators.
For everyone to find their pleasure : in all seasons, numerous and varied activities for all ages and all tastes,...hiking, sports activities, hot water baths, golf, cultural visits,... .
This apartment is located in the same residence as the "Terrasse du soleil" apartment, and together they allow two families to be close to each other while keeping their privacy.
The advantages: - On the terrace, where children can play, thanks to the outdoor furniture (table and chairs for 6 people, solar awning) and the microclimate of Font Romeu with the most beautiful sunshine in Europe with nearly 3000 hours per year, you can have lunch in the sun and in the open air (altitude 1800-1850m) and share good times with your family or friends, enjoy the view of the Pyrenees or take a nap after your sporting activities. - Hiking poles at your disposal in the ski locker. - Possibility of grilling in the pitches provided in a nearby environment. - To start the stay, some products are at your disposal.
- A deposit of 350 € by check will be sent 15 days before arrival. It will not be cashed and will be returned shortly after departure except for damage(s) or missing object(s).
- A deposit of 50€ per check will be sent 15 days before arrival, and will be returned in full or in part after verification.
- Tourist tax of 0,65€ per day and per adult person.
We have discovered Font Romeu and its environment for several years and have enjoyed this sunny and rejuvenating place. We hope that our guests will feel as good as we do and have a great vacation.
