With all the shops within easy reach, you won't need your car, which will be safely parked in your own private parking lot!
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this 32m² apartment faces south-east.
When you enter the apartment, you'll find a lovely, bright living room with a bay window giving access to the balcony and superb view.
What could be more pleasant than sipping an aperitif while admiring the view of our mountains?
The fully-equipped kitchenette opens onto the living room with its comfortable sofa, TV and dining table, making every move practical.
In the sleeping area, there's a parents' bedroom with a double bed, and a sleeping area with bunk beds for children or friends.
No compensation will be paid for any malfunction of the residence's facilities (elevators, swimming pool, wellness area, etc.).
