The Grand Panorama residence is located 50 meters from the Saint-Gervais gondola, leading to the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area, and 800 meters from the village center.
In the immediate vicinity, you'll find a bakery, tobacconist's and sports equipment rental stores.
In summer, you can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool (note: the pool is only open in summer, never in winter).
Swimming pool opening information: The swimming pool will be open from 15/06/2023 to 15/09/2023 (subject to the condominium's decision to the contrary).
Important information: work to create a valley elevator is underway next to the residence. Please note that this will prevent parking on the residence's outside parking lot from 11pm to 7am.

Accommodation a little dated, could do with a refresh, but superbly located and well laid out. Agency super responsive and very nice: change of neon, lack of rinsing products and salt for the dishwasher given at the delivery of the inventory of fixtures. Would recommend.
